Vintage Sterling Silver Necklace | Pearls Opal Turquoise Gemstones

Sterling silver Aztec pendant with a blister pearl, an opal and two turquoise stones bezel set. I have handmade the sterling wire wrap freshwater pearls and added two aventurine stones and two prehnite stones to the longer necklace to blend with the pearls, opal and turquoise.
This most unusual piece has a dragon type design that continues on the back. The pendant has no silver marking but my vendor & I both tested it & it tests as sterling, it is a One-of-a-kind artisan necklace. I purchase the sterling pendant from one of my vintage vendors, he did not have a lot of information on the piece.
The necklace measures 16 inches plus a 3 inch extender chain, can be worn 16-19 inches. The pendant is 2 inches 1.25 inches.
