Egyptian Revival Scarab Necklace, Gold Vermeil 925, Enamel, Amethyst and Pearl.

Striking Egyptian Revival scarab pendant necklace, inspired by a design by renowned Austrian designer Otto Prutscher. Crafted in 925 sterling silver with rich gold vermeil, this reproduction captures the elegance and symbolism of early 20th-century Egyptian Revival jewelry.
The pendant has a carved amethyst scarab forming the body of the beetle, symbolizing rebirth, protection, and transformation. Painted blue and green enamel wings, a cultured pearl crowns the scarab, while a garnet accent at the base.
The pendant measures 1.25 inches wide by 1.50 inches long, and is suspended from an 18-inch gold vermeil woven necklace, finished with an S-hook clasp stamped 925, the pendant's refined craftsmanship. The reverse of the pendant is also marked 925.
Art Nouveau and Egyptian Revival jewelry, this necklace beautifully combines historical inspiration with timeless sophistication. The pearl necklace shown in the pictures is complementary, I think this piece looks great with the pearl necklace, can be worn the the gold tone chain or the pearl chain or, both.
